"Warm Up" Contest will definitely make you think! Similar to a warm up segment in Nicole's Podcast, Nicole and/or surprise guests will do word associations with a contestant, where the contestant will have 15 seconds to find a way to connect the word or phrase with gymnastics. Answers will be evaluated, and in no particular order, by humor, relevance, creativity, provocativeness, amazingness. Winners will receive $100 in Quatro Cash and a 1 Year Subscription to Inside Gymnastics Magazine for First Place, $50 in Quatro Cash and an autographed copy of Beyond the Battlefield: Stories of Tenacity and Mindful Guidance Along the Warrior's Path by Theresa Kulikowski for Second Place, and $25 in Quatro Cash for Third Place.* Top 3 finishers will also get a shoutout on the Podcast!
