- Ability to perform an exhibition routine: 45 seconds-worth of the gymnastics of your choice to receive feedback only. Ex) dance through on floor (ok to be up to 1:30), strap bar sequences, tumbling passes on Tumbl Trak, Press handstands, living room BB routine...it's up to you!

This event is not sanctioned. Therefore, athletes have the opportunity to apply for "no deduction" for modifications needed due to their local COVID-restrictions. In addition, while scores are provided and awards given, scores will not be eligible for qualification purposes.

Athlete Fees:
$19/competitive event
$59/all-around (4 events)
$15 for exhibition (receive feedback only)

Audience:
We have limited log-ins available for viewing to ensure proper bandwidth for the event. For that reason, there is a LIMIT OF 1 audience member LOG-IN PER ATHLETE. You can of course have as many people as you'd like watching from 1 log-in. For security reasons, your coach will supply you with the log-in info.
VERY IMPORTANT: Audience, when you log in, you must RENAME yourself with the squad of your athlete and their first name: ex) "SQUAD B Lauren." This way, we can assign you to the proper viewing room. Rotation sheet with squads will be posted here soon.
The Awards ceremony for ALL COMPETITORS will be held after the final session. We will not be able to have spectators for the awards ceremony.

We will be offering the opportunity for participants to test their connections to ensure a smooth meet.
This testing day will happen on Tuesday June 8 between 9:00am-3:00pm EST. You can schedule your timeslot by clicking the "Schedule a Time with Me " link below.

General Stretch and Warm-Up First Event

Competition Begins: 30 sec touch (1st 3 then alternate)
Approx. 7:45pm EST

**Please allow yourself ample time to warm up and prepare for your first event safely.
Feedback videos will be sent within 10 days of competition via Dropbox
WARM-UP PROCEDURES:
Warm-Up Procedures: Please have 1st event fully warmed up prior to competing. Once the meet starts, we will follow this format:
-First 3 athletes do 30 second touch (or 1 vault)
-First athlete competes
-Fourth athlete does 30 second touch (or 1 vault)
-Second athlete competes
-Fifth athlete does 30 second touch (or 1 vault)
and so on
Athletes may warm-up "off screen" for their next event as much as needed. Once a rotation starts, we would like to stick to the above format. If your athletes were not able to get at least 1:30 prior to competing, just let the judge know and we will allow additional time.
Video Set Up: You will need to have 1 device per squad. Be sure to keep your device with your squad from event to event.
Please check that your wifi is strong, especially if you have more than 1 squad. In the case that there is a video glitch, causing an element or routines missed by the judge the athlete may repeat the missed part or you can submit a video review. As backup, please have 1 phone/ipad available for FaceTime in the case that there is a prolonged ssue with video clarity.
